About Me

I am a counselor specializing in Gestalt therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). At the heart of my work is the belief that every person holds an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. So often, we carry many “parts” of ourselves—some that feel comfortable and familiar, and others that may feel difficult, hidden, or conflicting. My role is to support you in exploring these parts with curiosity and compassion, so they can be integrated into a greater sense of wholeness.

In my practice, I bring together the present-moment awareness of Gestalt therapy with the gentle, respectful exploration of IFS. This integration allows us to not only understand the patterns that shape your life, but also to cultivate deeper connection to yourself. By creating a space where all aspects of your experience are welcomed, we can work toward meaningful change, greater balance, and a more authentic way of being.

I strive to offer a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in trust. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner resources and discover new possibilities for healing and growth.
